Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If eligible for exchange, you may return the item in accordance with our exchange policy.

• Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by visiting the "My Account" page or contacting customer support.

• Pre-orders: Cancellations are allowed within the first 24 hours of ordering. Beyond this period, cancellations cannot be processed.
